  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Spicy Ranch Sauce

  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce like Frank’s RedHot
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • teaspoon garlic powder

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces.
  • Drain excess grease, if necessary.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Making the Spicy Ranch Sauce

  • Combine ranch dressing, hot sauce, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix well.

Assembling the Cheesy Gordita Crunch

  • Lay soft tortillas on a baking sheet and sprinkle with shredded three-cheese blend.
  • Melt the cheese in a preheated oven at 350°F for 3-5 minutes.
  • Wrap the melted tortilla around a crunchy taco shell.
